Service Description
Restorative Yoga for self care, a reset, to slow down and relaaaax! As a tonic for our busy lives. Restful poses with poetry, music and nourishing ideas! All workshops for 2 - 3 hours with equipment provided. Beneficial for stress, anxiety, for better sleep and for the balance of the nervous system. March 23rd Special Spring Equinox event with Sofia from LoveAlways Yoga delivering a full Soundbath Book in advance for numbers for us to provide equipment.

Cancellation Policy
All payments and deposits are NON - REFUNDABLE. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel so that the space may be offered to another person. If we are able to re-sell your place on a retreat, we will refund any payments you have made over and above your deposit. If bookings are cancelled IN PERSON OR ONLNE within 24 hours cancellation a 50% fee will be applied. There may be mitigating circumstances that will be to the discretion of Omkari Yoga so partial refunds may be given or a full refund if full payments have been made. Deposits paid are NON REFUNDABLE even with 48 hours notice. All Yoga based payments are final. In the case of physical events being cancelled (due to governmental policies), an online alternative will be provided. If a class or retreat is cancelled by us, Omkari Yoga will give a full refund.
